The service
Jyot DSA is software that helps DSA businesses manage enquiries, loan files, documents, partners, payouts, invoices, attendance and payroll. It organises work; loan decisions, figures acted upon, and dealings with lenders and customers remain the DSA’s responsibility. The software does not lend money or transfer funds.
Accounts and trial
Anyone running a DSA business can sign up for a free 7-day trial with every feature, without a card. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity under your logins and for the staff roles you give. Use the service only for your lawful business.
Plans and prices
Plans are listed on the Pricing page in Indian rupees and differ only in logins and branches. Prices are final; no GST is charged at present. Extra staff logins above a plan’s limit cost ₹149 per login per month.
Payment and activation
Payment is made by UPI from the Plan & payment screen inside the software. After we confirm the payment in our bank account, the plan is activated within 2 working hours and you receive a confirmation in the software and by email.
Your data and customers’ consent
Your company owns the data it enters. You must have your customers’ consent to collect their details and documents, and must not upload anything you are not authorised to. We handle the data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Renewal, expiry and cancellation
There is no automatic renewal or auto-debit: each period is paid separately. A cancelled account stays usable until the end of the period already paid, then becomes read-only, with its data kept for export as described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and backed up and announce updates inside the software. Short maintenance breaks can happen.
Liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first to resolve any issue; otherwise the courts at Gandhinagar, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
