What you buy
Jyot DSA is software used online at app.jyotdsa.com. Nothing physical is shipped.
When you get it
Your account works immediately after sign-up for the free trial. A paid plan is activated within 2 working hours of confirming your payment (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 19:00 IST); payments made outside these hours are activated the next working day.
How you are told
You see the activation in the software (Plan & payment) and receive an email at your login address.
If activation is late
Write to us or WhatsApp with your company name and UPI transaction ID; if we cannot activate the plan, the payment is refunded in full.
