How to delete your Jyot DSA account
Write to support@jyotdsa.com from the email address you sign in with, or WhatsApp +91 95374 30101, with the subject “Delete my account” and your company name. If you are a staff member, you can also ask your company’s administrator, who can remove your login from the Staff screen.
What happens next
We confirm the request within 2 working days and delete the login within 7 working days. A company owner who deletes the company account can first ask for an export of the company’s data.
What is deleted
Your login (email, password, Google sign-in link), your profile and photo, and, when a company account is closed, all of that company’s enquiries, loan files, documents, partners, payouts and attendance records.
What is kept, and for how long
Records the law requires us to keep (for example payment records) are kept for the legal period. Backup copies expire within 14 days. When a staff member leaves, the business records they created belong to their company and stay with it.
