How can I pay?
By UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm or any bank app) from the Plan & payment screen inside the software. Enter the UPI transaction ID and your plan is activated within 2 working hours.
Is GST added?
No. The prices shown are final; no GST is charged at present. You receive a payment receipt.
Can I cancel?
You can request cancellation at any time. Yearly subscriptions do not receive a prorated refund for unused time unless the agreed refund policy provides otherwise. Read the draft refund and cancellation policy.
Can I export my data?
Ask our team for a data export when changing plans or closing your account. Agree the scope and timing before cancellation.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Contact the team to change your plan and confirm any difference in pricing, capacity, and billing.
What counts as a staff login?
Internal staff accounts count toward the plan’s staff allowance. Partner and connector logins are free: up to 10 on Office, unlimited on Team and Network. Solo is a single login.
